Fuel and lubricants supply. The supply of fuel and lubricants for ships is organized by the ship’s agent in coordination with the harbour master. The harbour master may forbid the bunkering of the ship, if safety cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions. Bunkering may be performed from bunker ships or a road tankers. The port control officer marks the circumstances related to bunkering into the port Daily Logbook.
