Customs and border guard regimes
Arrangement of entry formalities and required documents pursuant to quarantine, customs and border guard regimes. The entry procedures will be arranged by the owner or agent of the ship. For fishing vessels the formalities will be arranged by the owner of the vessel. For small vessels the formalities will be arranged by the vessel’s captain. The Port Authority will notify the ship owners and agents about the epidemic prevention rules.
Preparation of documents
Quarantine, customs and border guard formalities and preparation of documents. The formalities and the document administration will be performed pursuant to legal acts and the orders of the respective office. The port authority will not formalise nor arrange such formalities.
